"Only one problem. I want all my bills online. The only time I know I owe money is when a get an email saying I'm overdue. That's no good. Why wait til i'm overdue? Email me my bills in a timely fashion. Thanks. Addendum: Just heard from Ms. Rainwater, an Associate of the firm, that they are upgrading their online billing system and I can soon have everything emailed to me. Very responsive lady!"

"My rating has more to do with State Farm as a whole than it does with Rick Taylor. As an agent Rick is very knowledgeable and diligent where speaking directly to his customers it's concerned. Rick is more than willing to personally handle any matter deemed important by his customers. State Farm as a hole on the other hand has proven to lack clarity with regards to the rollout of any promotions or products. You never seem to get the full picture and their billing can be confusing. Furthermore there has not been a 6 months renewal of my auto insurance where I have not seen an increase for the past five plus years. This is coming from someone who has not had an accident or a ticket for going on 40 years. Changes are in the future for me to be sure."
